Absolutely superb recipe, like other people I thought the gravy would be runny because
Slow cookers just make a lot of water but NO it was perfect.
Just one thing the carrots and onions after they were finished in the pan, I let them cool and
Then coated them in the flour, when all the cooking time was up I found the flour sort of lumpy at the bottom of the slow cooker not disastrous but I wondered whether I could use Cornflour instead of plain flour.
